As soon as you confirm your order, our team gets to work preparing it. Here's what you need to know:

  • Standard shipping is always free, with no minimum purchase required.

  • We ship all orders the same day or the next business day, depending on when your order is placed.

  • There are no handling or packaging fees—we keep things simple and transparent.

  • We work with trusted couriers to ensure tracked and timely delivery.

If your delivery is delayed, please know we always do our best to help, even when delivery times are out of our control. All we ask is a bit of patience—we know how frustrating waiting can be.

Estimated delivery times

  • Europe: 4–7 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

(Delivery times may vary depending on destination and busy seasons.)

 

Easy, stress-free returns

We want you to love your Rilume products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • If you received a faulty or incorrect item, return shipping is on us.

  • For change-of-mind returns, we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping costs.

To start a return, simply email us at info@rilume.com with your order number and reason for the request. We’ll guide you through every step.

Note: We cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty.
