If your delivery is delayed, please know we always do our best to help, even when delivery times are out of our control. All we ask is a bit of patience—we know how frustrating waiting can be.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, return shipping is on us.

For change-of-mind returns, we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping costs.
To start a return, simply email us at info@rilume.com with your order number and reason for the request. We’ll guide you through every step.
Note: We cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty.
